Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Our products come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to:

  • Main devices
  • Core modules
  • PCBs or designated key components

The warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized channels.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products beyond the warranty period
  • Issues caused by improper operation not in accordance with the user manual
  • Problems due to third-party software or applications
  • Missing or invalid proof of purchase (invoice, SN code, etc.)

3. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period is counted from the invoice date. If no valid proof of purchase is provided, the warranty period will be based on the product’s manufacturing date.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our official support team or authorized distributor
  2. Provide a valid purchase invoice and product serial number
  3. Our technical team will evaluate the issue and determine eligibility
  4. If the product is under warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge
  5. If not covered, we will offer a repair quote and recommendation

Note: Due to varying international logistics and customs regulations, certain shipping or import duties may need to be co-covered by the customer.

5. Extended Warranty Options

For special projects or enterprise clients, we offer paid extended warranty services. Please contact your sales representative for more information and a customized offer.
